Monochromatic
I am not sure if the trees as the borders of the picture are too much brown for green monochromatic, but I felt they helped to shape the field.
Complementary
I found it hard to find things that had complementary colors that occurred natural. I know I could have posed something but I wanted it to look natural.
Different lights
This fountain is down the street from my house. I saw it as in the first picture and thought it would be a good subject for this project.

Week 2 comparison:
These are the two photos that I selected. I picked these to because I felt that they were the most different. The picture from inside the mailbox was what I thought to be a ah ha moment of thinking outside of the box, no pun intended. The photo which depicts the view from below seems to be more artistic. I find that they are different because they show the mailbox from truly different angles. They are similar in that the angles in which the photos are taken are unusual. I like the photo from below the best because I think that while the mailbox is the centerpiece of the photo, your eye wanders to the clouds and other objects in the photo. This perspective changes the photo because it makes what is really just a boring mailbox more visually appealing.
